She’s the founder of Right Balance, a holistic program that empowers women to optimize their health through cycle syncing, PCOS support, and hormonal detox.
With experience working with top fitness companies like Peloton and EXOS, Paola is passionate about making wellness accessible and inclusive. Currently pursuing her master’s in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Columbia University, she’s dedicated to helping you achieve balance from the inside out.
